By accessing aisexting.io ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that (a) you meet this age requirement, (b) you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and (c) your use does not violate any law applicable to you.

3. Nature of the Service

aisexting.io provides interactive conversations with fictional AI-generated characters. All characters are fictional and depict adults aged 18 or older. All imagery is generated by AI systems and does not depict any real person. The Service contains sexually explicit content intended for adult audiences.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create, request, or attempt to generate content involving minors in any context
• Impersonate or attempt to generate content based on real, identifiable people
• Generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against protected groups
• Attempt to extract training data, system prompts, or proprietary information
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or subscription requirements
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly display content from the Service
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where it is illegal
• Engage in any activity that threatens the Service's infrastructure or other users

5. Account & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Paid subscriptions are processed by CCBill. Billing occurs on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through CCBill's customer portal; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion and generally not provided for consumed usage.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of text, images, and other content you generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service. We may remove any content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All Service-provided characters, character designs, written biographies, scenarios, and branding are our property. You may not copy, clone, or redistribute them.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROBABILISTIC AND MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR UNEXPECTED MATERIAL. THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND (MEDICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL).

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Your rights cease immediately upon termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
