We built aisexting.io with the assumption that you want discretion. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what we do not do.

1. What we collect

• Account information: email address used to sign in, and (if you choose to set it) a display name.
• Age verification status: a record that you confirmed being 18 or older, and the approximate date.
• Conversations: the full content of your chats with characters, stored so characters can remember past context.
• Generated media: images and audio generated for you.
• Subscription information: your subscription tier and renewal status. Payment details are held by CCBill, not by us.
• Technical information: IP address, rough geographic region, device type, and browser. Used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and regional compliance.

2. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the Service.
• We do not share your chat content with third parties except as strictly required for the Service to function.
• We do not use your conversations to train third-party AI models.

3. Third-party processors

We use a small number of processors to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
• OpenRouter — routing access to language models for chat generation
• OpenAI — text-to-embedding for character memory, content moderation
• fal.ai — image generation
• ElevenLabs — voice synthesis
• Upstash — rate limiting and session state
• CCBill — payment processing
• Cloudflare — content delivery and DDoS protection
• Hetzner Online — server hosting

4. Cookies

• Essential: authentication session, age-verification record, your consent choice.
• Preferences: SFW mode toggle, display preferences.
• We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and conversations as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, financial, or fraud-prevention reasons (typically up to 7 years for financial records).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise these rights, email privacy@aisexting.io.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: HTTPS throughout, encryption at rest, least-privilege access controls, and regular security reviews. Report suspected issues to security@aisexting.io.

8. Children

The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, email us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version with an updated date. Material changes will be announced.
