Filing a Notice

- Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Counter-Notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the elements described in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users found to be repeat infringers.
Misrepresentation
Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice is a federal offense. Anyone knowingly making material misrepresentations may be liable for damages.
